Sexual health update Great Yarmouth
The final premises move for iCaSH Norfolk – which includes contraception, sexual health, HIV and psychosexual health - takes place on 24 Match 2016, from that date all sexual health services (CaSH, GUM and HIV) based at the Bure Clinic, Lowestoft Road, Gorleston on Sea and Kittywitches, King Street in Great Yarmouth will move to new premises. Breydon Clinic, Northgate Hospital, Northgate Street, NR30 1BU.
The Breydon Clinic will be refurbished in the now characteristic iCaSH purple and will provide eight clinic rooms, two phlebotomy rooms, a laboratory and an in house pharmacy.
iCaSH Norfolk is predominantly a self-referral service, with patients contacting a single access number - 0300 300 30 30 - for appointments.
The service is working with Terrence Higgins Trust, who will provide community outreach services including free condoms, Chlamydia screening and sexual health advice and signposting.
The vision of the service is to provide a high quality, patient-centred service, with the right staff, delivering the right service at the right time, in the right place across the county.
