New falls service to launch

People living in Great Yarmouth and Waveney will soon receive extra support to help them remain at home after suffering a fall thanks to a new initiative which launches on Friday (17 November).

A new campaign has been launched to encourage people in Suffolk and Waveney who use NHS non-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS) to cancel any booking they no longer need.

Did you know?

If your GP needs to refer you for a physical or mental health condition, in most cases you have a legal right to choose which hospital or service you go to, which includes many private and NHS hospitals that provide services to the NHS. You may also choose your clinical team led by a consultant or named healthcare professional.
