Run by Sport England Sportivate offers 14 to 25 year olds the chance to try loads of different sports. You don't have to be sporty but if you want to do a bit more exercise or give something new a try this is a great way to get six to eight weeks of coaching for free or at a very reduced rate.

Couch to 5K is a running plan developed to help absolute beginners get into running. The plan involves three runs per week, with a day of rest inbetween, with a different schedule for each of the nine weeks.
